Thebaud plug, used to lay up the boat.
First of 8 layers of fiberglass applied to the plug. These were
laid on the hull directly, then removed. The glass then became
the hull itself.

Installing shear strakes.
Sheet controls and rudder servo installation.

Making deck templets.
Fitting rough deck. The deck is a laminate of 1/64th ply
1/32nd balsa, 1/64th ply, with 1/32nd deck boards and
guitar perfling for the black separations.

Deck temporarily in place for appearance.
Misc. parts for rigging.
